Shanghai XinYan Pigments Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Shanghai BaoDong Pigments Plant and Shaoyang BaoDong Building Material Pigments Plant in 2001. Located in Shanghai JinShan Industrial Zone, the company is invested by Shanghai HongLian Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd. and Shanghai YanLi Pigments Co., Ltd. Since it was originally a Pigments plant, the company has learned rich experiences and innovative techniques from within the country and all over the world on Pigments production. By adopting advanced work procedures and encapsulation technology, the company manufactures a series of He Sui TM products such as Titanium Dioxide, Lithopone, Precipitated Barium Sulfate, etc, which have been applied in various industries of paint, plastics, rubber, ink,papermaking and so on, and have received wide public recognition.
    The company's products have been examined and approved by, and registered with Shanghai Jin Shan Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision.
